So my dad rescued an injured crow from the garden yesterday. The crow is in fine spirits and my dad, too. Dad has been reading the Bible to the crow trying to get him to change his crow ways. I don't know how that's going to work out but today I decided to sit the crow down for a little portrait session. He takes direction well. He smiles when I ask and looks menacing when I say "look mean!" We tried a couple different looks and I even managed to photograph him in mid-blink, which looks pretty cool on crows but not so much for people portraits. Enjoy a gallery of my crow portraits below.
